As we all heard about stretch marks before , there are lines on surface of the skin which can start as purple or red lines before there are silvery white lines just like veins or arteries. Caused by the skin stretching beyond its limits and failing its elasticity over time. Collagen production disturbed. failing elastin and the disturbed production of collagen affects the skin to have stretch marks on the top layer of skin. generally marking areas like the breasts, buttocks,legs, stomach, shoulders or upper arms.
